Vintage Knife Makers with Oval Shield - Help Identifying A Knife

I've got a cool multi tool that is unique in that it has three knives out of five total tools. I've tried Google lens, chat gpt, random googling, and sifting through a couple hours of knife photos to try to figure out who likely made this knife. You wise bladesmen are my last hope of identifying this knife.

I can't make out anything for a tang stamp. The only lead I have is that it looked like the shield on the side has "ad" as the likely second and third letters of the brand.

Can you scrape the tang of the main blade a bit, maybe with a scotch brite pad or fine sandpaper? Might be something under the crud.

Looks European to me. I’ve had good results using the graphite (lead) end of a pencil on the tang to remove crud and light rust. Just rub it as if you’re scribbling or filling in a circle, then wipe off the excess with a soft rag. If there’s anything there that will usually expose it, without damage or removing any metal.

If there’s nothing there or it’s not legible the chances of identifying the maker are remote at best. Good luck!
