Newest Case Pick-Ups

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

Thanks a bunch. I’ll be taking a handful of folders to the sierras and plan on posting photos of the adventure.
The 6375 is such a great knife, very handy indeed. I carry it in a Bullard cowboy sheath. I still have yet to warm up to tru sharp steel, I’m a big fan of cv/1095 . Just seems more traditional, but eventually I know I’ll have to try out their stainless because the carbon models are few and far between compared to their stainless brothers.

Case is making more patterns with CV or 1095 than they made a few years ago. The 6375 with the same handles as yours is available with carbon and stainless blades for the same price at SMKW.

I also prefer simple carbon steel in knifes that I'm using but stainless keeps better in storage.

Good luck fishing.

Are you having a Black & Blue? Ever taken the Tour of Ireland? 7 pints of different Irish brews with half of others in some cases, including cider (Black Velvet). 🍻

Wrong thread? ::uc:: 🤭
