Gifr from Brother...Identify help please?

My brother sent this to me....I'm sure the blade is not real damascus, but for the life of me I can not make out that logo on the sheath...

Any ideas???

Looks like real Damascus to me Scott. I think the name on the sheath is Masterson. Can’t make out the initial or the date. Looks like it says “since 19—.” Can’t figure out the year.
Didn’t find any maker by the name of Masterson on Arizona Custom so can’t help you there.
