Could someone clarify whether a pocketknife bearing the inscription "Fall River Cut Co" on all its blades originates from America, specifically Fall River, MA, or if it's an imported product from Germany?

I could only find reference to Fall River Knife Company and was made in Germany.

Per the 12th edition "OFFICIAL PRICE GUIDE TO COLLECTOR KNIVES".....
