Trying to find info/worth on this Case xx Leibowitz knife. It is solid gold. Can only find ones on-line with stainless/gold.

Solid gold is a meaningless term, you need to know what karat it is. Find the hallmark. Determine if it 10k, 14k, 18k, etc. Weigh the object look up the spot price for gold and multiply by the actual amount of gold. There you are. Photos are also helpful.

In the end you’ll likely have to do what Suredan described, since I doubt you’ll find any comparable sales of items like it from which to determine value.
