Cigar company “tactical” folding knife?

Box and blade are labeled “K. Hansotia & Co.” It seems this is the company that produces Gurkha brand cigars. There are no other markings on the knife, nor the box. Does anyone have any information on the country of manufacture, or any other pertinent facts about this knife.

Thanks for the replies. You've both reinforced my initial feelings about the knife. And it seems K. Hansotia & Co. uses a lot of different knives as promotional materials.
