'victory' knife

'victory' knife
I recently came across a balisong that was advertised as a 'victory' knife. Anyone familiar with such an item? The tang is stamped 'victory' and directly under that it is dated 1945.

The only listing I could find for "Victory" was a Victory Cutlery Co. c.1925 Listed in Goins.
I doubt this is the same maker because of the date. I could find nothing else for that name in my references.
