Here is a pocket knife chocolate mold made by Eppelsheimer & Co. Eppelsheimer was founded in 1880 in New York City. It continued until The American Chocolate Mould Co., formed in 1916 in New York City, took it over in 1947. There are thousands of different patterns for chocolate and ice cream molds (check out eBay), but knife molds are rare.
The mold shown below is up for auction in Pennsylvania on April 4th:

Cool Dennis!! I have that very mold. Mine has a couple of cavities where the plating has worn off or I'd use it. you're right about rare, I have been looking for a mint usable one for years.

Dang, Gene... is there any knife or knife-related item you don't own? There can't be many. Last time I saw you I said I wanted to visit and see your collection (i.e., Museum) someday, and your post just reinforces that notion.I have that very mold.

I did not know such things existed; very cool! Here is a mold for the aluminum bear head pommels on Schrade Walden bird and trout knives.

Here are a couple of individual molds I got years ago somewhere(probably at an antique shop). Thought they were unusual.
