Dole Advertising knife

I'm hoping this is the right place to post this and also the right place to find information on this knife. I'm unable to find it anywhere else I've looked. Every other Dole advertising knife I've been able to find has been the banana knife.

It might be helpful to show the knife with blades open and if possible, a close up shot or two of the tang stamp.

Philco, I did upload a picture of the knife open, don't know what happened. I'll try to upload it again when I take the other pictures you suggested.

I might be mistaken but I believe that's a Colonial knife. Colonial did a ton of advertising knives for Dole. Probably from the '80's, maybe '90's.
