New to the collecton
A garage sale find, both for two dollars. I thought at first this was a TL-29 but on the back it says 27. I'm not sure what it is, I thought about rebuilding it but the blade is really worn does anyone know where I could aquire a replacement blade. The second knife is an Oldtimer, but I can't make out the number It looks like1090T , but i'm not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated. T. Ferguson

Re: New to the collecton
27 was the Camillus number for the TL-29 (the military name for the electrician's knife).
They used the #27 from the 1950s on. It appears in the later catalogs as 27B, but I am unsure of the significance to the "B".
Not all of the Tl-29s Camillus have the numbered blade. That may signify that it was made for the civilian market, but I am not sure on that. That is something we need to ask Tom Williams.
Tour Old Timer is probably a 108OT the Junior. It should be 2-3/4” closed of it is the 108.
Hope this helps,
Dale

I didn't see that you wanted a blade until I just re red your post.
I may have a used blade to fit your knife.
My email is below.
Shoot me an email if you are interested.
