I'm in, since Philco has now blessed it, (It requires a lot of work on his part!) but I don't have any German made knives to give away. ::dang::

Any way to make that a little more inclusive, say like English or German?

I'm new here what is a Roundtable?

I only have a couple German knives (Swiss Army / German Army knife) and a De Preese but it's a 1885 and it isn't going anywhere. ::tu::

Hi Swiss Man ::welcome:: to AAPK.

A roundtable is a knife swap. Below is a link to the thread which ran for our most recently completed roundtable. If you scroll down a few posts, you will find a fairly detailed expalnation of how the roundtable works. Most folks who participate seem to enjoy them and want to do it again.

I too don't have any German knives for the roundtable and instead of spending the money
for German knives I'd rather support our factories.

I hope I didn't hurt any feelings.

It looks like Germany might limit a lot of people. ::dang::
I would hate to do that. :(

What are the rules for this Roundtable?
I need to know before I make a commitment.
Things like minimum value, age, etc. ::shrug::

Sometime (not necessarily now), I would like to see a Schrade and/or Schrade related Roundtable.
Any knife made by Schrade or a company related to Schrade like NY Knife, Walden Knife, Imperial, Ulster, Camillus etc.
I think that would be a FUN Roundtable. ::ds::

Sounds like several of you would prefer not to limit the RT to German knives. That's fine with me since I like MY German knives!

Rules:

Knife must NOT be made in China.
Knife must be of at least $35 in value.
Knife must be something you would like to receive yourself. (No junkers)
Signup period will last for two weeks, i.e. from now until end of the day on Aug 16. Please post your intention to participate here on this thread.
On Aug 17, I will draw names and post them online by the end of the day.
Shortly afterward, and at least by the end of the next day, I will PM you with the name and mailing address of the person whom you are to send a knife.
You will have two weeks to find or say goodbye ::tear:: to the knife you are sending out.
All knives should be in the mail by Aug 31 at the very latest.

If you participated in the last Roundtable, I still have your mailing address (unless you've moved)

If you did not participate in the last roundtable, please pm me with your mailing address at the time you sign up to participate.
