Hubertus Buffalo Skinner

Post by enuf »

Picked this up at a knife store going out of business in Omaha. They generally sold new knives but had a few used pieces hanging around. I picked this one up on one of their last days open. Don't know anything about it, but it intrigued me enough to buy it.

::tu:: I did not know that Hubertus made fixed blades either.
I do like that style of hunter - I have a couple of Westerns and a Schrade that are made with that basic blade shape.
Yours does seem to be in great condition. A cool find!

You've seen one now. Hubertus nicker knife w./ crown stag handle & file-worked blade; a gift directly from Germany from a co-worker ca 1980.
