Did McGrew Knife Company Close?

Just Wondering did this company Close a few years ago? I like the "Hillbilly Classics" knew they were made by Camillus, I bought a Stock-man Hillbilly Classic II brown delrin handles there in Southern MO. in '92 while on vacation appreciate any feed back I mention this 5 something years ago on AAPK. just want an update.

I just Googled their name (used Bing before that) and their website did not come up. It was active just a few months ago, as that's when I last accessed it. Yellow Pages does not mention "CLOSED FOREVER" as they often do with defunct businesses.

McGrew was sold through a Pawn Shop in Glenwood Arkansas. The owner was quite the business man and sold his Camillus McGrew knives and also some custom ones from local artisans. Unfortunately the Pawn shop burned down a few years ago and I am unaware of it being rebuilt.
