Pressed bone
There seems to be discussions off and on if knife makers of old used pressed bone for knife covers on various fourm topics .some say yes .some say no .I ran across this tidbit that may be of some interest from a article from across the pond .although the information has been posted by me before I thought it deserved its own thread so that could be easily referenced .
