All I can say is:WOW!!!! Magnificent stuff everyone!
This one was my 1st stag handled knife: Saynor stamped, ''W.DRUMMOND & SONS ''. Integral bolsters/liners; backspring bends around in a U-shape rather than a solid shape. Handles are worn smooth. Bought ca.1970.

Some of the most beautiful antler I have ever seen: a carving set in it's original leather covered wood case stamped ''Landers, Frary, & Clark Aetna Works ''.

Nice!!! ::tu:: ::tu:: I love them, but I have quite a few of my own. I have several antler carving sets I want to get rid of and unfortunately, they are very hard to sell, when you don't want them anymore.... I am trying to reduce some of the collection I have acquired and I can't hardly give the antler carving sets away... ::facepalm::

I also have quite a few carving sets in stag, horn.pearl, sterling silver & wood. Never really thought about selling them; just got them because I liked them. I did a post awhile back on them in the kitchen knives forum.
The L, F, & C is still used on holidays.
