Switzerland - Feldex Universal Geneve Information

Pulled this knife from a fill bag in an estate sale, it has a Feldex stamp on one side and Inox on the other, seems like the knife was made for Universal Geneve the Swiss watchmaker. Anyone have any knowledge of the knife if "Feldex" is indeed the maker, because I cant find anything on Feldex. If the knife is of high quality and worth anything?
