Anyone willing to let me know if this book is good or not? I’m just getting started on military knives & looking for a good reference book. I found this one used but haven’t gotten it yet. These reference books seem pricey. Thanks

Knowledge is power, books are not expensive since they can prevent you from spending a lot on a fake. Yes, there are lots of repros and fakes of American and other military knives. I have at least five books on American and British military knives. Yes, a couple hundred dollars worth, but I have found quite a few knives I would not have known what they were or their scarcity had I not studied the books. Also Frank Trzaska (the leading expert on WW2 American military knives) has a website with lots of good info.
