I am having a small issue with delivering a knife. I mailed out a Remington Nehi soda knife to the wrong person and that person was kind enough to mail it back to me. I really don't care to go through every single sale looking for this knife purchase as I had sold 3 of them and I dont know who did not receive their knife. I dont believe there is a relationship between the item# and the invoice# in the back-end DB or it would be easier to find that? Is there a way to search an item number and see the purchaser rather than having to use the invoice #. I had hoped that the purchaser would contact me when they didn't receive the knife, but it has been several weeks and I have not received notice of missing shipment gonna post in regular forum as well looking for this person.
