I was watching this little knife on Ebay but forgot about it and let it get away.
Could someone tell me the pattern number on this knife. This looks like a nice little Sunday knife and I have to find me one.
Thanks in advance.

Re: pattern
I think the Senators are oval shaped. This knife almost looks swell center and the bolsters look longer than the Senator. It could just be that the photo is streached. This knife has that 1940-1964 look but they didn't show the tang stamp so I'm not sure.

I do think it's a lousy picture...but I'm going with a 6201 Pen.
JMO, as always.

You know, it does look like a #63 Senator, as the #01 might be too small.
...oh, and now what knifeaholic mentioned, as well. I thought maybe the bolsters were stretched in the picture? Oh well, guess I shouldn't post when it's past my bedtime.

It has the oval shape with elongated bolsters. The only two made that way are the 06263 (at 3-1/8" closed) and the 6253 (a clone of the 06263 but only 2-3/4" closed). Seller gives the length at 3" so its a toss up and the pic is off kilter so its hard to tell.
Definitely not a 6201 since that one is straight line shaped and bolsters are normal not elongated.
