Interesting knives Mark. Don’t remember ever seeing a fish tail like that. What is the emblem embossed or stamped on the brass knife? I can’t make it out.

Thank you Mark.
I'm not sure which emblem you are referring to so I'll describe all of them.
On the front cover is a raised image of a hunter pointing his rifle skyward.
On the back cover is a raised image of a peasant woman holding some sort of tool, a broom perhaps.
And the only marking on the front blade appears to be a spanner wrench, as best as I can make out but that's only a guess. When I first saw it I had no idea what it is and didn't give it another thought, and even after close scrutiny I still don't really know.
Hope this helps!

Thanks Mark now I can make out what it is. I just couldn’t get that hunter pointing his gun to resemble anything, I was trying to figure it out as something that was long and crawling on the ground and I just couldn’t get there.

::rotflol:: Ha, ha, ha!
Oh I get it, Mark, I don't really think the stamp on the blade is a spanner wrench, but since I couldn't make it out to be anything else I went with that. I'd sure like to know for sure though.
I do see what you mean though, if I don't focus on the image it looks like some sort of flying dinosaur to me.
I wonder if any of the books some of the members refer to for such things has a picture of that "spanner" stamp.

It’s a beaut… a 2017 tribal lock w/antique bone, scrolled bolsters and 3 cross shield

From the shallow end of the bay all the way from Armenia.
Unmarked, unknown maker 8 1/2" oal top-lock with a SS modified Wharncliffe blade with dual-studs, SS hardware, and creamy stag covers.
Nice n' heavy!
Pretty cool if you ask me, but that's only if you ask me, mind you!

Looks pretty cool to me, too, Mark! ::tu:: I have to wonder if it was made in Armenia?
