Shells....not by the seashore!
I never realized how many manufacturers produced the so-called, ''shell handled'' knives we know so well. In addition to the popular Imperial, Colonial, & Ideal, there are some by Syracuse, Jowika,Germania, & even Laguiole. There were also fixed blades made. I included one that has shell bolsters but solid handles.
