I believe that G-Sakai was also marketed by Spyderco as the "Lightning Bug" or something thereabouts. I'm curious if it still works. Looks like these shouldn't be too hard to fix.
I have both a CH-7 (bought some pocket clips as leftover parts that fit it, and it's awesome with them) and a CH-3 (which I like to keep on a backpack strap). The "Cliphanger" mechanism is pretty ingenious. Makes the knife almost lose-proof, while still being easy to get off the quick-release.

Batteries were easy replacement(2 357's). Works great. I also have a CH-7 & another stamped with the Craftsman logo.
