Love the picture of the tuxedo cat as your avatar. We have a tuxedo cat named Annabelle shown below.

Olde Cutler, growing up, we had a cat that wore a tuxedo like that. We named him "Tucker" - (short for tuxedo....not because he bought his swimwear at Target.)

We have a tuxedo barn cat. She hangs around the barn and the house, until you try to catch her. Then she runs. If you do catch her she’s very unhappy but resigned to her fate. Never has tried to scratch or bite me but she can’t wait to get loose again!

Here she is, giving me the wary eye and preparing to run!

Cute pup, Charlie, and handsome cat, Ken. And Dan, those orange tabby's make about the best cats in the world. We have had several, and they have all been very loving as well as good mousers.

We have 1 1/2 year old Border Collie that loves playing with our Sprinklers when we’re watering the lawn. I had to raise the sprinklers up higher so she wouldn’t tear them up. She still try to bite them

Where I live they allow a dog at the bar. Walk distance.

Me and Bear for a beer at the bar. God bless America (what's left of it). Thank God for rural Nevada. Insulated now from all the crap but it is coming. Will be dead by then hopefully.

Beautiful pup Charlie.

Larry those pictures of your Collie crack me up. I love it when dogs go after a water stream. We have two that chase water from a hose. It’s just puzzling why they are drawn to it so energetically.

Jerry, it is nice to see how calm Bear is in a public place. Rural Nevada must be a great place to live.

It is friend, it is. That visit is during biker rally. Proud of that boy. Chipping away at the training. He is a sweet soul that happens to be a strong, large puppy. Gratifying but 10 times the work versus an 8 week old pup. No puppy stuff in his first year is sad and makes it harder. Working through it best we can.

Yes Tom. Maybe, I should try beer to soothe the savage beast. Next time, he buys. Attitude wise, he seems like more of a tequila, fighter versus lover drinking type. Sweet soul just needing lots of work. I am putting that in. Slow wins the race.

Several bars here allow dogs. I’ve never taken Shadow but might try it. The yellow lab we had years ago went with every Saturday after work. Had to watch out for what other people tried to feed her.
A lot of small businesses have dogs, mine goes to work every day. The liquor store has an English Sheepdog. Beauty salon, a toy poodle, hardware store has a cocker spaniel.
Protected by a large LOUD dog, and Smith & Wesson...

You should take Shadow Boji!
Not a big bar guy. One beer and done. Maybe two since I am not driving.
Advantage for Bear and Elsa is it is a short 1/3 mile one way to socialization and a brief exercise.
Important in my eyes when tending to/ caring for what are considered giant breeds. Elsa is 80 pounds of sleek, long and tall sheepdog. Powerful. Bear is 110 pounds and that weight difference is huge in power. The size of his head alone is astonishing, at least to me. Don't want to find out they have issues with something as it is happening...

Old Deuteronomy (aka “Ole Dude”) the barn cat. He was taking a nap on the hood of a tractor in the shop, until I rudely disturbed him. ::facepalm::

Good looking cat, Ken.

And Jerry, looks like Bear might like a beer, too.

Here's a pic of Rueger and the deer having a staring contest. They seemed very interested in each other. The deer have learned the dogs can't go past the fence, and they pretty much ignore each other most of the time.
