Edge Company vs Edgeco

I have picked these up over the last year or so and really don't know anything about who produced them. The white bone marked Japan is the one that is the most confusing.

I'm pretty sure it's all the same umbrella company. They did a bunch of knives back in the 80's and used to advertise the Italian & Asian made stilettos, NATO military type out the front autos, other miscellaneous auto/ kit autos in Martial arts magazines, SOF, etc. Most of these were made in Korea and Taiwan. But they also sold some actual Italian switchblades, Italian manual stilettos (like those you have pictured), etc. I believe the large Italian stilettos were made by Falcon, but regardless they were made in Italy. I assume the "Edge Company" or "Edge Co." subcontracted or rebranded all of the knives they sold and didn't actually manufacture any.

The stilettos look a lot like the ones stamped, '' R.KLAAS '' that were supposedly made in Germany in the 1980's. Not sure who made the folding hunter but it looks Japanese.
The Edge Co. was based in Vermont & was noted for selling switchblades in so-called, ''kit '' form. I believe the Feds finally shut them down. I have one of their catalogs, but don't recall seeing a folding hunter listed

The white hunter is marked Japan.
Further question....some are bolster release and some are lockback. Any ideas on dates of manufacture for the two.
