Check this knife out!

Post by DAWGSCT1 »

This is by far the best looking knife in my small collection. I have struggled to find another one online or anywhere to learn a little more about it. Anyone seen this knife before? Tell me more about the stamps and writing on it if you have. Thanks guys!!

Looks like a Tang Stamp commemorative, cool bullet shield too. 😎👍

The 7254SS stamp on the spay blade translates as follows: 7= smooth wood handle material, 2= 2 blades, 54 = trapper, and SS = stainless steel. The stamp on the clip (curved tail "C" and 2 small x's) means it was made in 2018. The stamps in the wooden handle are older blade tang stamps that Case used during different time periods. I agree with John that it looks like a commemorative issue. The Case experts here will likely tell you more. Nice knife! :D

Beautiful wood handles and bomb shield!

I sometimes can't decide if I like wood better than stag. The unique
patterns always makes me think my knife is one of a kind.

Well said! I’ve always enjoyed the character of wood grain on a knife ::nod::

From what I can see online, it’s a SFO, one of 500.
