Does anybody know about Titan International Knives?

I'm doing some research on this Damascus Steel Knife company based in Illinois. From my judgement this is not a laser etched knife, it is High Carbon steel, Rockwell hardness 55-58, But I do know the Damascus Steel has lost some punch over the years, due to the phony made ones like laser etched by Frost, other fly-by night-outfits. But you knife-nuts, (such as I) have any opinion?
