I may have posted this years ago, as it has been my "EDC-MO".

I always have a Victorinox Waiter in my pocket. It has a blade, can/bottle opener, screwdriver and corkscrew, along with the eminently useful tweezers and finally a toothpick.

This is the knife I get anxious about if for some reason I find myself away from the house without it in pocket.

I prefer the older version with the groove in the corkscrew.

I’m carrying the last TL-29 my Dad had in his tool pouch before he was medically retired at the age of fifty-five in 1971.

He died at the age of sixty-two in 1978 , of a sudden death episode.

The knife is a Camillus black composition TL-29 in about mint condition.

I guess it was military surplus when he got it.

He was a Master Electrician and the primary electrician of two at a large steel fabricating plant.

Material possessions are just a fleeting thing... but as an old friend once said to me "knives are tools and man has a connection with tools going back to the earlier days" ... That being said, it is always good to see your postings, you have some very fine knives that align with my interests in collecting and carrying.
