Memories evoked by long ago knives are one of the great pleasures of our hobby, Woodwalker.

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
I may have posted this years ago, as it has been my "EDC-MO".
I always have a Victorinox Waiter in my pocket. It has a blade, can/bottle opener, screwdriver and corkscrew, along with the eminently useful tweezers and finally a toothpick.
This is the knife I get anxious about if for some reason I find myself away from the house without it in pocket.
I prefer the older version with the groove in the corkscrew.

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
I’m carrying the last TL-29 my Dad had in his tool pouch before he was medically retired at the age of fifty-five in 1971.
He died at the age of sixty-two in 1978 , of a sudden death episode.
The knife is a Camillus black composition TL-29 in about mint condition.
I guess it was military surplus when he got it.
He was a Master Electrician and the primary electrician of two at a large steel fabricating plant.

T-Dog, you are truly humorous. I have no claim to taste; we all have it which is why we are members here. I truly have little material wealth. My real wealth lies in the rich experiences I've had in life, the wonderful friends that have blessed me over the years, and above all my relationship with our Trinitarian Creator.

Awesome carries, Jtx, QS, Andy, Ivory, David, GSP, gard and Rick.
That's a super special knife, Charlie.

Decided to go with a wood theme this week, next up is a New York Knife Co. Barehead for Two Blade Tuesday. Pretty sure this one is Rosewood.
