I like seeing this knife on my desk from time to time as I am a great admirer of the Lewis & Clark expedition.

Cool knife and me too. Loved the story, the books I've read on the expedition. Loved Charboneau, York, Sacagawea, etc. Great trip of adventure and exploration.Quick Steel wrote: ↑Wed Apr 19, 2023 1:25 pm I like seeing this knife on my desk from time to time as I am a great admirer of the Lewis & Clark expedition.

Like the lambsfoot DM11, the Muskrat Gdogg, nad the Bucks GSPTD. Great chair for the Case Woodwalker. Sweet pic. Great carries everyone. Have a good one.
Got a Case Mini T 6207 from Q with me today. It's a 1978 version with some bone I really like. Thanks Q.

Iman, good comments. Do you recall the name of the big dog that accompanied the Corps of Discovery? I always regretted after traveling both ways across the nation demonstrating great usefulness and loyalty that Lewis, whose dog it was, did not think to tell us what became of Seaman, the great Newfoundland.

Nope, didn't recall it's name. I do recall the dog being a big Newfoundland. Good memory and way to take me back. Don't know what happened to it either. They didn't tell us what happened to Sacagawea later either. Always wondered what happened to her after she was no longer with them.Quick Steel wrote: ↑Thu Apr 20, 2023 9:06 pm Iman, good comments. Greetings from York, PA! Had a great time at the Eastern District TCA show today, had this in my pocket. Just under 3" closed, 1.9" 154 CM blade, Mexican Blanket G-10.
Pocket, fixed, machete, axe, it's all good!
