German pocket knife identification help

Just came across this little knife. Wondering who made knife. I don’t recognize the tang stamp. Any help will be appreciated download/file.php?mode=view&id=631541ht ... &id=631543

Friedrich Olbertz. Maker of Eye Brand , Fighting Rooster, Bulldog, etc…
