Hello from Scotland.
Hello from Scotland.
Just a wee note to say hello. I have a bit of a group of traditional style pocket knives, old and new. No specific focus to my tastes, I just go with what pleases me in the moment. I do have a slight preference for a good old penknife though.
Re: Hello from Scotland.
Welcome from Kentucky in the heart land of the Scots Irish!
That's a beautiful pen knife. And with your collecting philosophy, you'll fit right in here with most of us. While we all have our preferences as to style and makers, very few of us can turn down a good old knife of any brand or style for the right price if it grabs our attention.
It's a sickness I tell ya.

Welcome from Texas, Gareth UK.
My wife and I visited your beautiful country last summer. I am descended from members of clan Chattan (the “Clan of the Cats”). While there we were able to find the clan homesite near Inverness. Looking forward to returning and exploring more.
Hope you enjoy AAPK!

Welcome to AAPK. My ancestor Daniel Melvin was born Isle of Skye in 1604, came to America in 1630's. Stay around and enjoy the friendliest knife site on the web.
