These little easy openers seems to be in many collections. They don't seem to garnish much attention. I find them appealing though. None have any inscription on the blades. Quality is quite good, with nickle silver bolsters, shields and bails. Brass liners add a touch of class as well. To me these look like 1930's Imperial's but that is just a gut feeling.

Agree, Imperial or Colonial, and a distant 3rd, Utica? I like them too. J.O'.

I have one EZ opener, goldstone cellulite with a badge shield just like two of yours in the photo, only without the bail. It is stamped with a two line "Imperial Providence" on the mark side of the tang.

That helps with the identification. I always thought they resembled early Imperial construction.
