Case 6205R with one blade

Post by AdaMan »

I have a Case 6205R with one blade, a white/(tinted red) bone handle on one side and a black bone handle on the other. The stamp says it was 1965 to 1969, (Case XX USA). I cannot find any info on it because it only has one blade but the numbers denotes 2 blades. Any info would be helpfull. Thanks

Hi AdaMan,

Welcome to the forums! Sounds like maybe you have either a lunchbox knife, or one that has been put together with parts from 2 or more different knives. Do you have a picture?

I am going to post a pic soon. The knife was my Grandfathers, he was a painter, used it everyday. I thought it may have some value since the stamp says 2 blades and it is only one. I am glad I posted on this forum, I have a cigar box full of case knives, I collected knives as a child, and when any relative got a new knive they gave me the old one. All of my knives have been used, sharpened, are scratched and some have a thin layer of rust or pits. All the knives for sale I have seen comparable to mine are pristine mint.
