That's a beauty. Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnn, you are coming up with some beauties in the ACSB lately. Got me jealous, I've looked at a couple, bid even, and got blown away from the deep pocketed bidders. Congrats on the score, that's sweet. I'm glad you didn't quit buying knives too, so we can continue to check these beauties out. ::tu:: ::tu::  ::super_happy:: ::groove::

This little (very slim) Wenger Patriot arrived today. Could have been made any time between 1966 and 2008, it seems; further research would be needed to say for sure. But it sure is a sweet one. Thank you to Kennedy Knives! ::handshake::

Thanks for the kind words, y'all! ::handshake:: And here's another Wenger, which arrived today after a long journey (over water, rather than through the air) from Japan. It's a Picnic, with the combination cap lifter and can opener. I'll post a photo of my little Wenger family in the appropriate subforum soon.

Was gifted this knife by a great guy on this site-GringoBombero . Just up and sent it to me. I got it a few weeks ago. In great shape with a great tang stamp. I collect Johnston USA knives & kits because it’s my last name. I definitely owe him one.

That is a mighty handsome knife. The long pull master blade and the marbled look of the gray covers really set it off. Congratulations, and good on GringoBombero! ::tu::
