R & C HDWE Co. Tang Question

I can’t find much on this stamp- it looks to me like it could be Richards and Conover HDW. Co Kansas City. Knife is around 2 3/4” Closed. Any help is appreciated!

Levine says they were made by ULSTER and BOKER. 1875-1956. Nice one. Be careful with that pearl, it's fragile. J.O'.
