Re: Knives you pulled out "Just Because"
Some nice knives posted here!
Grabbed this little W. Bingham with bone and will tote this around today . Being 3 inches long (closed) it slides into front pocket nicely and isn’t too big to ride there all day . Being a collector of older US made knives I like to also carry older knives . Usually have a 72 short line or EO for EDC on hand but because today is Sunday thought would dress up a little .
Have a great day out there Everyone!

Well, as I was rustlin' through my ol' canvas bag because I was lookin' for my fencing' pliers
I found some old pearly knives I'd forgot about.
Here's one.
A Chipaway Cutlery Co. ........ And here is your chance to show all of your Chipaway knives.

Another sweet little beauty, Joe.
You post an awful lot of knives, do you know how many you own, exactly?

Here's another little pearl. Because it was only made for one year.
Thos. J. Bowler. 1922- ; 3 1/16" closed.
Apparently a hardware firm in Chicago. (Goin's)

Thank you, Marco.
It is a nice little knife. Very responsive springs, which is not uncommon on small knives and half stops on the secondaries.

Is that brown color outgassing around the pin and where the cover meets the bolster, Joe?
I'm not familiar with what o/ging looks like.
EDIT: Actually, never mind, I don't believe MOP will o/g., only celluloid.

Two more beauties, Joe.
I really like the short stubby little bolster on the Empire, and the engraved bolsters on the Waterville, very classy.
