As for value: if it is in fact genuine ivory, it's impossible to determine since there are so many restrictions governing the sale of such. And to be perfectly legal you (the seller) must be able to prove legal provenance or run the risk of serious criminal penalties (fines & imprisonment) especially if the sale crosses state or country borders.![]()
If it's French Ivory Celluloid, the value is only a question of how much you're willing to sell it for and how much someone is willing to pay for it, no more, no less.![]()

the lines in the handle are dead straight,,,,an indicator of faux ivory,,,,real ivory has vines like a tree and never straight!! Also vintage ivory will turn unevenly yellowish....this one is a solid color...Hope that helps....
