Recognize this knife ?

Wondering if anyone can venture a guess as to who made this piece just from looking at the bones, shield, etc. The marks are all rusted away. Too bad, it's a beautiful pattern with great bones. Could be a Catt, Winchester,or Remington, or ???????. A catalog pic would be helpful. J.O'.
