Help with valuation and identification

Hi all - I have attached pictures of a Henckels pocket knife that I would like to put on eBay. I don’t know the model, age or value, which obviously makes it hard for me to create a listing. Any help would be much appreciated. I have searched eBay sold results, and Googled to no avail. Thank you! I know folks generally don’t care for these types of posts, so I appreciate your consideration.

Welcome to AAPK. Nice looking knife. I would call it a gentleman’s metal handled multi-blade knife. For selling and value, unfortunately there are not as many collectors of Henckels and German pocket knives as other brands. Your best source of current value is an advanced search of eBay sold listings. Search for something like “Henckels pocket knife” , sort through the sold listings for knives similar to yours in style and condition.

My recommendation is an auction listing with a low minimum starting bid (like 99¢). The bidders will find the value for you.

Well, it's a Henckels Gentleman's knife, maybe from the 1940s through the 1960s, emphasis on the 'maybe'. It appears that it is in nice condition.

This kind of knife has been made for two hundred years or more, and are very common. There is not a lot of demand for them from collectors. It doesn't have significant value. Sometimes it's best to just list something like this as an auction, and hope that you find a buyer who can just enjoy it. You might find someone whose Grandpa carried one or something like.
