I'm not sure how I'd get on with the nail holes, but that is a good-looking knife! ::tu::

What really matters is if you like it! How does it feel? The f&f up to par on those?

I can't decide if I actively dislike or am just neutral on the nail-nick holes on those. The whole reason I haven't picked one up yet. I do like them using S35.

A bunch of good people on this forum with lots of knowledge, if you have a knife question I’m sure someone on here will know or has the resources to find the answers.

Sweeeeet ::woot:: Stunning piece of pocket jewelry right there for sure. I totally dig it. ::tu::

My Mini TrapPER DIEM for today isn't nearly as pretty as those two with the jigged buffalo horn covers, but it has one feature that make it unique in The Monkey's Mini-T Mountain: the thru-n-thru laser cut nail pulls, which I absolutely LOVE :D. Then there's the threaded bolsters, S35VN blade steel and, of course, the Wharncliffe secondary all of which sealed the deal for me to shell out $125.65 (with tax) - a relatively expensive Mini Trapper compared to all my other Mini-Ts with the exception of my Mammoth & Elephant Ivory handled ones, naturally.

No surprise here! The pile side of your BH207W looks waaaaayyy better than mine, BTW, which looks like something that Case QC should have culled before it left the factory, IMHO.

If not for the black enameled shield, which I like, I would seriously consider having this one re-handled...still might. ::undecided::

That thought crossed my mind. Maybe some nice stag. And then again, maybe not. ::hmm::

I really love this 7207 … I wish the main blade hadn’t shown up bent, but it seems to cut just fine. Find myself reaching for it often.

Beautiful handle and nice photo, Tim. 8) ::tu::

I suppose "mini" is relative to the size of other knives in your collection; but, personally, I wouldn't call your 54 trapper "mini". In my book that's a full-size trapper. YMMV ::nod::

Dang! Good catch, QT! I had another one I was going to post that IS a Mini Trapper, and I pulled this photo. My apologies to everyone, because this IS a full- sized Trapper. Blame it on old age! ::dang:: ::teary_eyes:: ::mdm::
