And I'm sorry too that you had your bad experience. As for the bidding, I don't know this as a fact, but I do believe some sellers get friends or family to "up" bids in an attempt to get a better selling price, and should their bid be the final one it's then that they relist the item cuz there's no one to sell the item to other than the shill bidders. There's also the automatic bids where people make a bid as high as they're willing to go, say on a Monday, and then forget about the auction completely, and the auction still has 4 days to go, and as other bids come in the ebay system automatically "ups" the bid until that particular bidder's max bid is reached. This would account for you seeing your bid go in and then immediately a higher one. I rarely participate in the auctions cuz I find them too nerve wracking and disappointing, so I usually only look for B.I.N. listings where I can take my time and investigate all the angles before I lay down my hard earned money, so some or all of my above information may be way off. I fully agree that it's a real shame that sellers and people in general can't seem to keep their word when involved in a deal. Since we can, why can't they!

after-all it was my mistaking your meaning. I'm not so good at reading emojis, most of the time I don't even really notice them let alone know what they mean. I actually should clarify that statement, in that, most of the time I don't even really notice OTHER people's emojis, but I use them all the time to spice up my posts. To take this a step further, it actually crossed my mind that your meaning was exactly what you just stated, that my story was the more messed up of the 2, but for whatever reason I went with what I posted. As nice as it would be, it's not likely that this will be my last mistake bud! lol!
