Fantastic displays everyone!
A.K.C. are you going to display Olsen or Ulster knives now that you know the true identity of that display case?
Do you think that at some time the Olsen salesman went around slick talking his way into having the store owners drop the Ulster line in favor of his product and then kindly provided a new plate so that the old display case could be reused?
I'm gonna go with trying to find the Olsens, being the rarer ones. My first feeling was that this was altered by the company, and the dates/history of the two companies and the approximate age (1950's?) of the case make that a possibility (Olsen being newly formed and the Ulster brand declining with Schrade increasing in Ellenville). However, on the other hand, my father who worked in a sporting goods store years ago said he had changed display case logos with labels the salesman supplied.

Oh well, even if I dont know the dual logos are a neat feature.
Who would have guessed there's such a variety of Remingtons, and PA that Union looks as classy as it is rare.
I wish I could have found mine full of knives like some of these!
