No help I'm sure,but from the pics it appears a bit middle eastern or North African tourist type item. Kinda cool. ::shrug:: J.O'.

Hey Dan looks like India or like Ridgegrass said north African made for tourist trade I have two Kukri knives that are tourist trade knives, they make great bread slicers.Nice looking knife ::nod::
