Knife displays

Excellent display Rev! I can't think of a better way to display your knives than under glass so they can still be seen, plus the dust is easier to manage. At $6./case with each case housing approximately 20 knives, I'd need about $75. worth of cases to hold my collection, which is a heck of a lot less expensive than what I've had access to so far. I have been on a mission to organize recently & one of the goals is to snag some things I’ve gathered to make a few displays.

Here’s the latest ... I think I’m going to adjust it a bit & open the blades slightly on the 3 closed knives. have a few more I’ll try to post soon

Well Reverand I would say you got a very good deal at the store and put it to very good use.
Those are some great scout knives and now they are wonderfully display. I understand the

Appreciate the comments on the Tidioute display. Here is a Case display with sale bills & a catalog from when you could buy dozens for a pretty descent price

Also features the only tested era knives I own. Wish I coulda bought a few in 1927, I'd have hundreds!

Here is a display of all the yearly AAPK knives to date. I was missing a couple at one point in time, but was able to get a complete collection together. Got one from the kindness of Ray Roe (Paladin here on AAPK) for which I am eternally grateful

I have this one display. Has a sheet of 10 guage galvanized steel behind the cloth and the knives are held on by rare earth magnets.
I also have knives displayed on a shelf in my bookcase.

I'm back up and running in my knife work area in the garage. Been working on theses displays today.
Please hold the laughter to a minimum. The 1st one is two knives I bought on our trip to Alaska a couple of years ago. The 2nd one is a African dagger my daughter bought me when she was on the mission field in Ethiopia. Probably a tourist knife but it has precious meaning to me. And lastly my attempt at wood burning with the CASE logo. Crude but it will do for me and I plan to mount some CASE toothpicks and peanuts on it. Included are some pic's of my new knife work area.

Thanks Bryan, but, I didn't actually make that one myself. It was gifted to me by Charlie Campagna some years ago. I have been planning to make a few more, but, haven't gotten around to it yet.
