Thanks gentlemen! ::handshake:: :D Been trying to buy less knives but better knives. Now that I've been around here for a few years I've figured out what I like a lot & also what I don't like as much. Biggest problem over here is finding knives you reallllllly like that are not overpriced. Usually, if I reallllllly want a knife, everybody else wants it too and I can't hang with the big boys as far as spending goes. I got this one for €57 shipped. That's not at all cheap for me. In fact, 9-x out of 10, I won't spend more than €50 for a knife cause that's just my personal limit. I knew I wouldn't get this one for under €50 shipped so I went over my normal limit & bid €60 & got lucky IMO. Don't know what this one might be worth in the states but I feel like I did OK on it. Not cheap IMO, but fair. I guess. ::hmm:: ::shrug:: I think, on a good day for sellers, this one could have went for €70-80+ over here. Of course, this one will go in my showcase but I'll know it's there and I will enjoy looking at it from time to time. ::nod:: And who knows, maybe someone will put a nice Case Tadpole with bone handles up for trade some day & I can get it with a pretty knife like this one.(Or a couple of them.) Never say never right? It could happen.

Add: I just never read the trade threads so with my luck, I'll miss seeing it till it's already over & done. ::dang::

Anyways, thanks for looking & commenting, everyone enjoys posative feed back. ::nod:: ::tu:: :D

Just curious, Tom. What is the average cost to ship a knife from the U.S. to you?

::hmm:: I think the last small package I recieved cost the shipper $24. But a lot of stuff often goes to my mom's house in MD, then she sends it to me whenever she feels like sending us a package. This could take up to 6-months but it does eventually get here.

Dang! Seems a lot for a small package. Sure runs up the cost of a knife, doesn’t it!

Oh and this little switchblade kit should be on the way soon…

Should be fun to assemble this little keychain-size switchblade

Includes instructions, thank goodness (hope they are in English)

Beautiful knife and color Theo! ::tu:: I'm a big fan of coke-bottle/swell-center frames, although I prefer them with just 1 spear-point blade, but still, there's no denying how good yours looks! 8)
