Real or Fake Antique Knife Made in Sheffield England

Picked up this knife in a group of older English Knives . Tell me what you think, can't find any info on it .
Thanks in advance. Looks like a Fake to me but I could be wrong

It's a real knife made in India.

You'll see these also marked No 6 Sheffield steel, and a couple other similar marks, and there are fixed blades too. Most of these are not really antiques, most if not all are post WW2 knives. The No 6 is an attempt to fool people into thinking they were made by Joseph Rodgers whose knives are often marked No 6 Norfolk Street.

Definitely India, not even a style from Sheffield, kind of looks Spanish najava with a swing guard .

Glad you posted it. It never hurts to rehearse what you know and get reinforced expert analysis. I've seen some much better looking Indian JRs,that would fool many a novice. Just goes to show people are the same all over the world.
