You’re probably going to need someone accomplished at automatic knife mechanisms and springs. Bill DeShivs memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=15108 would be an option as would muskrat man memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=1278. There may be others - look at posts in the knife repair subforum (the link Skip gave you), and posts in the switchblade knife subforum about repairs.

hi if your looking for the right and best man to do the job i know someone who actually custom makes this style automatic knife and can do this type work for you at pretty good competitive price as some these guys charge like 60 bucks a hour ::mdm:: to work on your knife . if seriously interested contact me and i will pass along the info .

Yes of course they can be replaced. You need to discuss it with the repairman you choose to do the work. See the prior posts.

Read the post I made a few weeks ago in this thread, in reply to your previous request for the same information. Click on the blue underlined text in that post, it will take you to the member profile of those repairmen I recommended. In their member profiles you will find links to send them emails, and their web sites, which also tell how to contact them.

If you click on the links you will find the information you seek. For example here’s what you will get if you click the link for Bill DeShivs. You will get similar information by clicking the link for muskrat man.
