Square Transaction Not Showing In My Square Account

Hello Bryan, I'm trying to figure out what happened with this transaction- Order ID: #22669, Date Added: 04/30/2021, Payment Method: Credit Card / Debit Card (Square).

The customer told me he was able to enter his credit card info and complete the transaction. I got the email notice from aapk about the transaction but nothing from square. When I check my square account theres no transaction. I called square to make sure my account is set up correctly to process transactions. I was told it was good. I also did a practice transaction and refund on my square phone app last week that worked in my square account.

In an effort to help, I went to the aapk "payment settings" screen and redid the "update square credentials" option. On my 3rd attempt it connected me to a square login page and I entered my account info. For some reason the first couple times I hit the button nothing happened. That's when I got on the phone and called square. When I went back to that payments settings screen and hit the update square credentials button it worked and took me to the square login page. I believe that was the same thing I did when I initially added the square option on my listings. I'm not sure what else to do?

Hopefully my explanation of the issue makes sense. Any idea what's going on?

I'll investigate. Can you let me know if Square deposits any money into your checking account today (05/01/21)?

Hey Bryan, false alarm. It was something I did with my square account. I set up a second location by mistake with square and deactivated one. For some reason the money went into my deactivated location and not my active location so I didn't see the transaction in my account. When I reactivated that account this morning I can see the cash.
