Stairway to Heaven in the Guitar Shop

Post by JonTerry »

Ok guys, just for fun lets do the playing Stairway to heaven in a Guitar shop post :D

Just received another LB7 in the post ( 4 pin ) and I absolutely love it !!! I have constantly swayed back and forth between these two, which in my opinion are the best two lockbacks ever made the BUCK 110 and the SCHRADE LB7

I'll let you decide which will be my EDC next Week ...............

Photo is the 4 pin LB7 and a Classic 2 Dot 110

No fighting or I'll take the photos down ::tu::

Already lost in a fight with the 110 so I'm in for the LB7.
If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.

I own both but I'm a bit partial to the LB7. Either one is an excellent choice. ::tu::

Both are too handle-heavy for me: I prefer the Buck 186 Titan. JMHO

They were expensive new . I paid 65 dollars in 1988 for mine.

As an aside; has anyone ever seen jazz guitarist Stanley Jordan play '' Stairway to Heaven '' on TWO guitars simultaneously(!) ? There are many You Tube clips.

I do not understand the correlation between Stairway to Heaven, a guitar shop, and a knife .. ?
Are you using the knife as a guitar pick? Seems a bit unwieldy. Is the shop owner also a knife enthusiast?
Perhaps you're using the knife as a tone bar? But then you would not be playing Stairway ....

Personally I find both the 110 and LB7 too heavy for daily carry. However, once I found a better suited belt sheath
for my auto 112, it has become a permanent work carry.

How about Gilligan's Island sung to Stairway to Heaven? This was done by Little Roger and the Goosebumps, Zeppelin sued them and they had to stop selling the records.

Did Zepplin ever pay the blues people they copied in their songs.

They are not Kabars…..so…..
You have to be trusted by the people that lie to you. So that when they turn their backs on you, You'll get the chance to put the knife in….
