Here are two I made years ago from some antler tips, and a WINCHESTER. I'm a guitar player and my right thumbnail takes a beating from rusty old relics.

I’ve accumulated and given away a lot of knife picks over the years; these are the ones I’ve kept. I rarely use any of them, though, because I prefer the folded business card method (which won’t accidentally slip out of the nail nick and scratch the blade) YMMV
