Winchester Knife

Post by TRIGO8 »

Large Cattleman's knife, made by Winchester, This knife has been around the block a fuew times & has a lot of history just waiting to be told, so tell it. The makers stamp is not to clear & is hard to read, so if you buy you can call it what ever you like.
This knife is in great shape, The blades don't show any signs of ever being sharpened and have a beautiful petunia (early American rust) & act like they have a drinking problem for they wobble all over the place. This knife comes with no handles so you can attach bone wood, plastic, leather, or what ever floats your boat.
This beauty wont last long & will make a great addition to your collection...

C'mon..... you can SELL a knife harder than that !!
Thats a 1930 Walter Winchell, fashioned from a radio microphone while he covered the war in Guudentite, Germany. Then smuggled onto Ellis Island by the Hockenschpitter sisters in 1941. Eventually presented to Roy Rogers, in 1959, who used it to season campfire beans untill he left it to Dale ((SNIFF IT))))) you'll see...... Stolen from the estate on 1970, its been hidden from the public until now...
I'll offer 2 cents now and an ""honest Congressman""" to be delivered at a later date..LOL

Mr Blister, If you are applying for the job of selling my collection, YOU ARE HIRED. I am reducing my collection by 50% ( 2 knives ) A Northfield & the Winchester.
Your offer of 2 cents & a honest Congressman delivered at a later date. The 2 cents is most generous but how are you going to deliver a honest Congressman? They are crooks or become crooks real quick after they are elected. ::shrug:: Trigo
